Famous last words I know, but I'm done for a while. This is perfect for me. The crimson king rips, had various muffs in that spot and I realized you know what, I just don't like big muffs :idk:

this is really solid dude, like all the different verb and delay combos you could get going.

how is the power on that board? pretty clean?
also: So much coily :thumb: :thumb:

I think you are wrong about big muffs, but I will defend your right not to like them

I've had this board and used the power on it for probably 7 or 8 years now, no problems, toured with it, gigged a lot, still going strong. no issues powering what I need. supposed to isolated and regulated. I'm sure it's not the best engineering for that, but it's been awesome for me and so easy.

let me clarify my muff-stance. they just don't work in band situations for me, my other guitarist has a really dark tone so I need something to cut and muffs don't it. i'm sure they're probably awesome stacked in the studio though. and I think that's why I keep buying them, because they sound rad, but not with my setup and band :?: make sense? maybe some sort of ic/op-amp muff would be better for me though, idk??

That's a loopmaster aby. I play through 2 amps and send the full chain through one with the back talk and the other amp everything minus the back talk.

hmm, interesting that you're using the dan-echo...

my first delay ever :) however when i think about it now, i'd probably only use it for slapback (which I don't use anyway :D )... cool to see it works for you :)

however i've never tried it pre-dirt, tell me about it please :)

that was my first delay too and even though I have like every delay made recently, I've always come back it. . really great for slap backy or short delay stuff. it has a nice tone "feel" to it that seems kinda unique to me. typical analog delays tend to be too dark for my taste and typical digital delays too sharp and cold. this guy kinda sits in between where you get a little bit of clarity and some tapey warmth. anyway, running it before dirt on short delays with lots of repeats, like a tape delay, gives some nice granular texture to the fuzz or distortion and with some combinations I can get close to that yyy's 'y control' effect which is cool. it's an always on pedal for me. would love to get that and the back talk rehoused as they do look ridiculous though :erm:
