I guess I enjoy this equally as much for being hilarious as well as the beats and just nonsense of it all

Yeah I know I am lame. I almost went to their show, until I saw the ticket prices. I did watch the entire first season of New Girl....
fuck off I don't care Zoe Deschanel is awesome...

I did go to a Feist show, which was surprisingly good. They had a shadow going off in the background. It was shiny.

I also went to a Teagan & Sara show. Their harmonies sound real good, but the stage banter was a little off. An Horse opened and killed it.

I also went to an Ani Difranco show. I guess that makes me a lesbian. She tapes fake nails to her finger with electrical tape. She also played a weird tenor guitar. Her guitar collection is interesting.

I like alot of music that some would describe as guilty pleasures, but the indie girl thing is toughest to come clean about. And if they play a uke all the better... fuck off ukes are cool.

The Flying Burrito Brothers. Only reason that it's a guilty pleasure is because Gram Parsons can't sing for shit. But Sneaky Pete...dude's a hero of mine, me being a steel guy and all. I'd be willing to bet that dubkitty knows a thing or two about some FBB. Also, I like the Secret Sisters. I'm so redneck sophisticate, it hurts.

311

I've liked them since I was a kid. Pretty much the first rock band I was into. They're new stuff is pretty weak, though. I still listen to them every once and a while just for nostalgia's sake. I guess they'd be considered a guilty pleasure.

 I love the sheer honesty of this post! And while I don't judge others for their musical tastes, I agree with the 311/Silverchair sentiment.
As for the burritos, my only qualm is Gram's voice. That said, I've certainly heard/listened to and even LIKED shit with worse vocals.

Dude, I worked concert crew in college, and we were on Ani's tour route. I've seen her more times than I can count. I don't care what anyone says - she can play her ass off and puts on one helluva show.

Just been trawling Spoitf and putting together a playlist of songs I've liked over the years that I don't have albums of etc.

Fucking hell Avril Lavigne had some cracking singles of them first two albums!

I love Neo-Soul. That shiny happy music which is like being in Lala Land. I have played it in the car before with my stoner Metal friends and they would all be really shocked and distrubed. (Being Punk isn't about the style of your hair or the music you listen to). The End.
