Sweet. That's what I would have done. I would feel the same way if a free pedal was being offered to me in this type of situation. And I don't think a free pedal (or any solution) would have been offered if you were someone with a lesser internet presence.

Bummed about the Tour Box Of Shame though, that had some potential to be really entertaining.

I'm actually debating getting rid of this pedal just cause of how shitty this guy is. I'd give it to a friend who doesn't mind the noise or sell it on the cheap with links to information on it such as the demos I've made for it and this thread

Blowing it out of proportion, I think. Guy didn't want to give a full refund, which he never promised in the first place. Sure, not the way he should have acted, and he was wrong, but he's not a monster. It's a tiny company; money means a lot when you don't have any.

It's great you're getting your money back, Behndy. Hopefully this guy learned something about customer service, and the consequences of its absence. High standards in this business, and reputation is everything.

Like, I sold these pickups I took out of my telecaster on ebay; I specify no returns. They work great, though. Guy installs them, doesn't like them, wants a refund. So I say "sure, send them back, and I'll refund your money. Sorry they didn't work out for you." I need the good feedback. I'm hoping this guy doesn't give me bad feedback just because he didn't like the pickups, and I'm wondering how much wire he cut off the pickups, and if he somehow ruined the pickups when he installed them. Money lost.

My point is, accepting returns and eating the cost sucks. Pedal builders that will do all that for their customers are awesome; the one's that won't are just, human.

or blames it on someone else
or does it as hes walkin out the door
