I think the pedal is decent even with the noise I experience. Definitely not with Behndy's tho. His was a lemon. Bullshit that he's not refunding it

What you should do is hype it up all over the internet. Say it's great for Praise and Worship or John Mayer toanz or whatever. Then when a bunch of doctors and lawyers buy it and it sounds like ass, he goes from winning one Paypal claim and feeling good about it to being faced with a ton of them he'll most likely lose.

Just kidding. That would be kind of a dick move to all those doctors and lawyers, even if they can afford it.

so, PayPal told me to get fucked. lol. it's actually kind of karmic. i've been annoyed at and bitched about how often they side with the buyer over the seller, when the buyer is totally not in the right. WAY TO SHOW ME YOU GET THE SELLER'S BACK WHEN THEY'RE WRONG TOO. they won't even let me give any more information or plead my case. just a form letter saying i didn't meet the criteria for Not As Advertised. should have lied and gone with Broken i guess. damn these stupid morals my parents raised me with.

i'm....... torn about the Box Of Shame thing. the idea tickles me. but it feels like going that far is being all petty and vindictive. do y'all think it's Little Hurt Butt Bitching or is it a good idea to get as many negative vids up to counter-balance the one the builder put up that he masks the signal?

No matter how small the seller, he's still the big guy and the buyer is still the little guy. Fuck anyone that would fuck with the littler guy (unless the little guy likes it ). Do the tourbox of shame, and I'm in on it too. Let's show this guy that he can't just tell buyers to get bent without it hurting him the long run. It's not about being butthurt, it's about preventing him from fucking over anyone else.

Why did Paypal not come through? The pedal is broken, as in it's defective (the unusable, loud whine it emits from yours is far louder than other people who own the same item).
