Yea, it sounds more or less the same, but that additional slide guitar kills it for me, IMHO. Cool nonetheless.

You should totally start cloning a bone stock DS-1 in a fancy etched enclosure just to see how much praise it would get and how much you could charge for it :excellent:

Dude if you put a Wizard and/or Weed! on it I'm sure you could charge over a hundred bucks.

 not again!

No, that rumor has been said about numerous different people. Along with the swallowing so much jizz that they had to get their stomach pumped. The only confirmed one I know of is the one about him and trent reznor and fellatio on stage. I unfortunately remember seeing video of that way back in the day. :barf:

AngryGoldfish wrote:It's rather extreme but you can put a miniature GPS receiver inside the routing of your guitar, your pedal if it has space, and your amps. Stealing cabinets is pretty damn hard, but you can easily install a tracker inside a cabinet. It'll cost $500 to do that in total, but yeah, ideally people just wouldn't steal your shit.

Nick did this for me for the Naki. The only downside is he also wired it into a self destruct button.....

One of the openers had an amp with only a volume control. No EQ, no gain. Volume, pure and simple. Styled like a white Marshall with wheat cloth face-plate. It was pretty cool.

Hell yeah dude!!! I saw them once years ago at a festival around here. I respect their talent and quite impressive catalog but having listened to them for years I've grown tired and bored with their music. :idk:

Only a volume control? Sounds like a slave amp! He most likely had a preamp either on his pedal board or located somewhere else. I've considered going this route before, especially after I got my skyhammer-pre.

I hear ya man, but not a problem if I do it right? Anybody not up to speed should head to his fb or the sharktank thread and check it out. Lot's of cool people/ companies have been pitching in. It's really turned into one of those things that actually restores my faith in humanity.

Me? I wish. thats awesome man :thumb:

So I'm sitting at work with nothing to do, slow day, and all I can think about is if the rest of the caps for the soundtronics will get delivered today and how I'm going to rewire and swtch some speakers around in the cabs tonight. I should just go home and get started :D
