We're in the middle of going through all that as well. She's in the middle of changing her name through Social Security, we're in the middle of combining most of our money, and having all the bills come out of our joint account. It's a very interesting and rewarding process!

Dude, I am going to the Courthouse tomorrow and eloping. We are still doing a real, spiritual ceremony in October, which is really going to be our anniversary date. We did the math and found out how much money would come in the house by changing tax brackets from marriage and makes me being on her work insurance way cheaper. It is fucked up that the government is so involved in our romantic endeavors. RANT DONE.
