Dude just stop smoking. Thats how i did it. I just stopped. You have to actually want to do it though. If its just other people pressuring you its never going to happen. If you need something to ween you off try black and milds. After a week of those disgusting things youll never want to smoke again.
Yeah, I've quit about 4x, last cig was in Nov 2011...and every time I'll have my last one some time before going to bed. Then wake up to a new day of nonsmoking.
It's staying quit that's the hard part...specially when watching movies and shit.
Might i suggest smoking cigars? I find it quells my anxiety and need to put something dickshaped in my mouth and suck on it. Plus you actually start to develop a taste for them. Plus it doesnt kill you or make you look/smell like white trash. Oh also and if youre at a party where you dont really like people going off on your own with a flask of whiskey and a stoge is an ever-so-dignified "fuck you". Also it reminds women of their dads which always seems to get me laid. Sooooo...
