oog. yah. every time i've gone down that road for conversion software stuff i end up with spyware or malware slipping by my virus protecter.
anybody got one they've used they like and trust and would spend time with in bed and all?
What web browser do you use? If it's either Firefox or Chrome, I use FlashVideoDownloader, which is an add-in for Firefox (or an extension for Chrome). It adds this little blue arrow right next to your address bar whenever it detects a flash video on screen, you click it, and it downloads the video.
Apparently; VLC media player will do it, but I can't find solid details on how to rip audio only. And I'm not sure VLC is Mac-capable. It's a great media player for us PC guys though.
i never could click with VLC. but i'll check out FlashVideoDownloader. i run Firefox on the audio desktop, Chrome on the laptop. sounds perrrrrrrfect. thanks honey.
if i can get them as something Sound Forge can load i'm golden.

Here's some words of wisdom from Oneida about the internet and the audio computer.
Not trying to overstep my expertise, but I’d like to point out that in over FIVE YEARS of having a PC in the Ocropolis, Oneida has NEVER COMPLAINED of a single leaked track.
Absolute II? We finished that thing a year ago! But I still meet people who don’t even know it’s out!
A little file management tip from the O, secret agent brahs and sahs (if you DO exist): DON’T connect your golden goose to the goddamned internet. NEVER keep your password on a yellow sticky taped to your desk, and NEVER make any notes about where any cool-sounding files you may need might be located. When JAH wants to find it, JAH finds it.

Not as rad as Oneida, who are going to be my ILF POSTING TETHER for at least this thread tonight.
Sweet mother of mercy, I forgot how badass Oneida are. Thanks for posting that Bandcamp link. Now I'm really kicking myself for missing them last year.
Feel a little weird posting this here because it is kind of spammy but it is a bass demo and it might interest one or two of you. Caligula ring mod and my awkward face:

YUSS! When I saw them last year they opened with Sheets of Easter. Ballsy. Been down with the O ever since.
Ain't no spam when it comes to bass demos, scalebro.
