So I just discovered this thread. I am still down to potentially host at my place in Philly. There is definitely no pool in my backyard but there is firepit and a tiny barbeque! My basement could be filled with a bunch of amps and such. I guess you could swim in the dirty river if you wanted to. But really I asked my housemates and they are cool with it and will most likely hang out. Just throwing that out there...!

here are the metrics: 1 couch sleeps 1 (2 snuggling? ) the rest is floor space and we have lots of that.
