I'm gonna sound like a douche here, but I still think that Nick's internal wiring is neater / superior. Not saying this amp is bad by any stretch of the means, I love every bit of my Verellen gear, but I've never had anything from him that I didn't have to go in and fix something. When I got my brand new big spider his helper soldered the 9v barrel connections backwards, and when I got my skyhammer preamp I had to go in and replace the on/off switch (which was not his fault at all!) and also tidy up and reflow some of the connections on the bypass footswitch as out of the 20 strands in the wire only 3 or 4 were actually soldered onto the lugs. So it would cut in and out randomly, but since reflowing the connections its rock solid. I also found out that he doesn't even do alot of the basic soldering himself anymore, he mainly does design and over sight which is what allows him to still tour and mass produce amps / pedals. All that being said, the tone of his amps and pedals is superb / top notch / flat out amazing and the aesthetic is museum quality. I will continue to buy stuff from him in the future, but my first choice will always go to Dunwich.
Dude, if you have the funds you should scoop this in a heartbeat. Even if you don't like it on eBay these go for $2000-2400 so theres a decent margin. But I have a feeling you'd like it alot!!!

That's some heavy scary shit. Makes me realize that you gotta enjoy as much of life as much as you can< while you can. They have these grand plans for retirement and work their asses off with the idea that some day it will all be worth it.
