Wick, it sounds like we have very similar taste in tone. From what you've describe, it sounds almost exactly like I want. The only things to get me really close to my ideal tone has been of course a Stingray, the Warwick Corvette I had, and this Roscoe. I think I am being overwhelmed by the bass frequencies. It's seems if I roll the bass too much, it's really punchy and but I feel almost like I'm going to blow up (in my brain man!). LOL! Plus my fuckin' cab is moving more than it ever has. I mean that's what it was built for, so it's probably fine, just a bit too much. I need something to take the edge off. In order to get the tone I dig, I have to have the bass blended in as much as I do.

But there's nothing new in sci-fi movies - the ideas have been passed around in print for decades. You'd have a hard time claiming someone took your work, unless it was extremely similar as a whole. I had a pretty naive worldview when I was growing up; then completely flip flopped and got paranoid like everyone and everything is fucked, we are all doomed the government is fucking us, controlling us. Both sides are really ignorant media driven worldviews. I feel like reality is somewhere in between and more even keeled. Yes there is shit in the world,...but there is also immense beauty.

Not completely Disney,...but not completely Matrix. I just wish the world could be more like Star Trek,...without all the hostile alien bacteria, exponentially multiplying fur balls and temporal paradox shit.

'm watching Drag Me To Hell again on the blurays now. i like silly, shitty horror movies and i looooove Sam Raimi. but it's just not a fair story. the Romani woman that's the antagonist is like the embodiment of disproportionate revenge. all the Main GrrL does wrong is have the bad luck of being at her desk when Romanidahnalahn comes in begging for like the 12th extension on her loan. Main GrrL can't do anything about that.

and she gets cursed to getting fucked by the devil in Hell for eternity.
