huh. i'd have thought Terminator and Matrix were different enough stories they couldn't share the same source material, and the Wachowski's basically admitted they used issues of Grant Morrison's The Invisibles as storyboards, but the courts agreed with the author of The Third Eye in this one.....

legendary original LA hardcore band, best known now because singer Darby Crash--a sort of less aggressive G.G. Allin type who was really into confronting/interacting with the audience--died of an OD. Pat Smear, the guy who played 2d guitar in late Nirvana and Foo Fighters, was in the Germs.
