Mystical Ninja was one of the first games I ever played. I was too young to even get anywhere in it, but it was one of my favourite games.

It was one of the first N64 games I played...I sucked at it but the music was so good I still listen to it sometimes.

Just listing my favorites for now.

PC
Ultima Online
Everquest
Day of the Tentacle
Comander Keen
Space Ace / Dragon's Lair
Artillery ( played on our old Mac LLC)
Word Munchers
The Dig
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? (Loved the TV show)

I grew up with the first generation of computers and I still love those old games, especially the text interface ones. There's still guys playing and making those games, even the text only ones like Zork. (ever watched the documentary Get Lamp?)

I love watching people play the old games on YouTube, there's some great walkthroughs of all the old Sierra On-Line games like the Quest for Glory series, Space Quest series, Leisure Suit Larry, KIng's Quest, all the old awesome text interface games that were so funny and cool back then.

I really loved the old D&D dungeon crawling games like Pool of Radiance, Menzoberranzan etc, there was a whole bunch of them, where you move one square up/down/left/right through dungeons. People are still playing those games and recording them on YouTube, too cool.

I played EverQuest too, Max, maybe we raided together 15 years ago! *smile*

We probably did, my favorite gaming memory was with ultima online. You used to get the title of murder when ever you killed 5 players and it was permanent. Back when the servers did the reset it used to warp you back 15 minuets previous to what the game saved you on. So in the graveyard which was closest to the town everyone used to drop everything and go for an all out war. It was glorious people waring nothing but Deer Masks wielding a halberd in murderous rage. So good it brought a tear of joy every time it happened.

I never got as far as 20 in EQ. My brother raided extensively until most of the top guild GM's when to work for Blizzard for World of Warcraft. He still has a ventrillo sever for Shards of Deliah ( a fan based EQ sever).

Muds were the awesome, played a star wars one for a bit on an IRC channel which I never really got the hang of and was too proud to admit that I didn't know what the hell I was doing.

I'm still considering buying an Xbox just to download this. Killer soundtrack too. I remember the day I found the disk scratched to shit under my bed next to an also fucked up darkstalkers disk. It was a horrible day.

Was over at the old man's house earlier today, in what had been my room...where I discovered my v1 Gameboy....IN ORIGINAL BOX WITH TETRIS!

Now I just gotta find the link cable and earbuds...and they are likely both long gone...... Maybe I can buy them online and combine to sell as a sick collectible :idk:
