Picked this lady up today for $220. Early 90's MIM. Plays pretty sweet.
I think it has a J-shaped neck on it cuz it certainly ain't a baseball bat.

Finally got to play a mini brute today... and I am glad I went for the mopho-key instead... I was very underimpressed really... also I almost want to see what the next person to try it thinks of the "horrible" oscillating sound I got it to do before turning the volume off and walking away

Yeah the Minibrute is pretty finicky at times - 3 of the 4 times I demo'd it I found that the person who used it before me left it in a state where it constantly drones and modulates in an ugly way.

In: Megalith

MEC let me test drive his a while back and I dug it but at the time didn't really dig the top-end sizzle. Now I can't get that tone out of my head so I'll pulled the trigger on Sonny's green one.

Decided the best route is to split my board in two now. Going to get a PT-2 for dirt and then free up a bunch of room on my huge board for more stuff in the future. So the PT-2 will have:
1.Compressor of some sort maybe?
2. Wounded Paw V3 Blender
--Sparkle Motion into Dwarfcraft ECT/RD custom (loop one)
---Phantom Ring into Megalith (loop two)
----Arc Effects FR-70 into Dirge Tonal Fucking Destruction(loop three)

All of these will be blended together to create my dream tone (hopefully) and I'll run it in to my huge board with all of my delays and modulation with my Fuzzhugger Lab Ratchet Oscillator at the end of the chain for when I just want something messy and washed out. Is this a good idea or is there a better way?

Also in, Fuzzhugger Great Wall RBT.

I'm starting a little Fuzzhugger only board on a PT Nano to just grab and go if need be.

A/B them and if the 104Z isn't different enough in a good way from the 104M just sell it and get your new amp. Then later on when you want dual Moog delay action you just get another 104M again.
