When I was in Raleigh last September, I convinced a food truck to name their unnamed smoked sausage and kraut on a flout tortilla the "Crotchthrottle." They seemed really into it at the time. If I go back again this year, I'll have to see if they followed through.

I'm surprised nobody has brought up Kuma's Corner in Chicago yet....

When I went it blew my mind that my fav kind of burger was named after my fav band, Neurosis. It was divine, next Chicago trip I'm definitely going again. I got to try the Pig Destroyer as well and it was amazing.

Wow, that Kuma's Corner. As someone who has worked in a small bar kitchen for the last year and a half it's insane how much I appreciate some of those rules.

The Slayer is hilarious: Pile of fries topped with a 10oz burger, chili, cherry peppers, andoullie, carmelized onions, jack cheese, and anger.

dude, fuck some of those rules though. If I can't either make a reservation or call ahead, I don't eat there. Your hipster restaurant isn't cool enough for me to wait in a line. I spend enough of my life waiting in fucking lines, I'm not going to do it just so I can give you my money. Oh yeah, and since we're so busy and important, don't complain if your food takes hours to get to you, but then you better fucking hurry up and eat and finish and move to the bar. Oh yeah and no substitutions, we make shit the way we want it, and if you don't like it, piss off. Sounds like quite the dining experience.

I've worked in food service. I know that it sucks, and that people suck. But this place seems to have an inflated sense of self-importance.

They're so busy all the time that deflecting the people who won't adhere to the rules makes it quicker for those of us that do, to get our food and seats quicker. It's the hipster version of the soup nazi, can't really deny that. But everything about that place is worth it. 130+ different types of beer, and budweiser / miller ain't one.

hahahaha maybe we should narrow it down to the metal-hipster community.

Really, you posting that is too perfect with your Bob's Burgers avatar.

That's your last name right? Bob's Burgers, like the sign out front?
