Broke don't help...you need to go to an area that has a good dental college.
I know it is one of the worst pains in the world, I had to have mine surgically removed when I was 23 or 24.

I had a relative who was down on their luck for a couple of years, and they were able to go to a free dental clinic. Depending on your income and assets, you may be able to find a free clinic that is willing to help you out. Also, some dentists do a few free days each year, where they do work for people who can't afford it.

Otherwise, extractions are not that expensive compared to many dental procedures. I had two (broken) molars extracted last year. One was surgical, one non-surgical. I think they were something like $285 and $425. It's a lot of money, but if you are in pain and can't find a low/no cost provider, you will have to find a way to raise it.

Take care of your teeth, folks. In the last year, my wife and I have had close to $10k in dental work, and we need another $12k or so before we're done. Deferring maintenance gets expensive, and genetics can be even more expensive.

I know this feel. Oragel has sort of helped me with the pain in the past. Your gums ever get infected from the teeth pushing every which way. That shit sucks HARD.

Stay strong, soldier.
