I kinda knew a guy in college who won a guitar, amp, drum set, and some other small stuff I don't remember.

I went over once and played with him but he played Stainedesque music so it was painful. The stuff was pretty nice, it was 10k worth of stuff. One of Sweetwater's "band starter" contests.

I won a Legend of Fuzz from Devi once. Facebook contest.
I didn't really think much of the pedal before then but I loved it so much when I got it.
Then I had it modded and wish I hadn't and subsequently traded it
Hoping she'll sell that one for $50 soon.

I've never won a single thing in my life, not a contest, not even a freaking raffle. I've never even won more than my money back on a scratch ticket.

I won a $100 gift certificate to Toys R Us in third grade for winning the raffle that you got entered into for selling a certain amount of candy in the school candy sale. I immediately acquired a Nintendo 64. I didn't actually sell any candy, so I don't know how I got into that raffle.

I've entered those PGS free pedal friday things a kajillion times and have won squat.

The only thing I've ever won from a contest was a carmen sandiego computer game from the tv game show when I was a kid

Haha, those are all funny stories. Actually I have won Shroomery giveaways for shroom growing supplies and until a hurricane downed power here for a month following katrina that bitch I had some prints of local fauna. Sorry to have lost them.

I've won 2 pedals, a set of band swag and cds and stickers, and a collection of cds.

the only stuff i've ever won in giveaways is at the Gretsch Roundups, where i've won strings, t-shirts, one of the tiny 5222 tweed practice amps, a StellarTone Tone Styler (a 1/3 octave shelving low pass filter that replaces a tone control), and other Gretsch ephemera. i swear to God i have enough packs of Gretsch playing cards to start my own casino. that's not so much a statement on my luck as it is a testament to how much swag Joe Carducci gives away at these things.

I won a pedal from prymaxe one time. I think they just picked a random person from their mailing list. It was just one of their normal 15% off emails they send to everyone but in the middle of the email it had my name then "YOU WON A TIMMY. EMAIL US."

I have won A Big Church Fuzz from Mighty Fine Contraptions,I dig it.

I won a gumball machine in the 3rd grade by guessing how many gumballs were in it (128 BTW).

I have hit pretty good on scratch-offs a few times.
