i would suggest getting a back brace for it or a rolly cart. Fucker is just hard to maneuver. I ma pumepd to build it. Should have a sweet marshall type tone and then you can even put it into 2203 territory with the Boost switch

The bassist of the horribly inexperienced Jam band before us, disappeared after their set and took over 10 minutes to get his gear off stage and we had to push him to do so. And because he slacked he apparently left his jacket on stage, so in the middle of one of our songs he sneaks up on stage next to me to grab his jacket then stands up and knocks my bass with his head and tries to tell me "I'm sorry dude", and I'm not sure if my reaction was appropriate but I felt it necessary, but I told him "Don't fucking apologize, get the fuck off the stage!". He got this wide eyed look of, holy shit I just realized what I did and scuttled off the stage. So I figure the ordeal is over, no biggie. But I was wrong, he comes back during a sample interlude 2 songs later and ask's me while I'm in my stage zone if I see a stratocaster gig bag on stage... So I lean over and tell him "Now is not the fucking time, you should have handled that before we went on" and I think it finally sunk in, that either I was a grade A asshole or he was an A+ dumbass. Do you guys think that my responses were appropriate? and have you guys ever had similar things happen while your on stage playing?

Think of it this way, what else could you have said? What other response is there in such a situation?

Seriously, you handled it more professionally than I would have. I say next time, kick him off stage (literally).

I lost it. I turned round and said "WOULD YOU EVER SHUT UP!?" I immediately regretted it. The lads just got up and walked out. I should have been more patient and simply 'shhh'ed them, but I lost my temper. It happens, I keep telling myself. It helps ease my conscience.

once i was was watching a movie and enjoying a delicious burrito but these fucking teenagers behind me were being so fucking obnoxious with their constant banter and comments. i stood up and turned around and threw my delicious burrito right into this kids face and yelled at him to shut the fuck up. it was awesome. it definitely worked. dude didn't say another word. i'm a way bigger asshole than you are. in skip's position i may have punched the fucker. stay off the stage dude.

See? We are totally on the same page with this.

Hey I got a question someone might be able to answer. I had a friend poking around looking at my amp the other day, its a VT-22. He said that he is 99% sure that someone modded my amp to make it break up earlier. He based it on how it breaks up around 3-4 on the volume and that there is a 5-6" black tube thing hanging by the tubes that looks after market.

I always wondered wtf the black dildo lookin thing was for and this makes sense because I never thought a VT-22 was supposed to break up this early. Anyone have ideas what the previous owner could've done?

Close to a Pharaoh when running it in silicon or no diode modes tho voiced a little more present with more gain and output. The LED mode is unique sounding, kinda nasty, raw vibe with good punch.

You can borrow it if you want, check it our first, fine by me. :thumb:

EDIT: Actually, the Badascan just sold.

I'm just finishing up that Sound City documentary. Have any of you guys checked it out yet? It is pretty good but seems more focused upon making music in the old school way rather then the studio itself. Tape and actual musicians. Pretty cool and a nice showcase towards that method.
