Anybody seen / heard from rygot / Mighty Fine Contraptions?

Dude has been radio dark for almost 2 months (last PM I got from him was on 18 December, last login shows sometime in January).

I pre-ordered a pedal from him (the "Infinity", not that it matters) in November. I knew it would be a while - I understand that preordering takes extra time, of course - and the holidays delayed things further, but it has been almost 3 months since payment and nothing.

I've dropped the guy an email at the address on his site and opened a dispute with Paypal (not that I expect them to do anything, though no I did not gift the money). I am not on Facebook, so I haven't been able to reach out to him there (https://www.facebook.com/MightyFineContraptions), but what I can see as a non-Facer shows no activity. Oh, and his Shark Tank sub-forum is gone, too.

Anyone know Ryan / know some other way to get in touch with him? Really I just want the pedal, but failing that I'd like my money back. This has just gone on too long.

I want to say that I have had a great dealing with Rygot. Isn't Adrian Lee in a band with him?

A few other members including myself have had problems with him. My story:

I have a deal that started in June/July that still hasn't completed with Rygot. I wanted to post about it in here for so long, but never got around to it. Basic timeline:

-June/July: I put up Blue box/Pastrami Overdrive for trade. Rygot messages me and offers to build a DOD 250 clone for me with extra switches and stuff. Shows me an enclosure he has that I might like, I dig it. Done dealio. I sent him the pedal sometime after that.
-Sometime in August he messages me and says the pedal is done, and he will ship it out soon. I never get the pedal. I message him three weeks after he sent the message on facebook asking if he has sent it yet. Two weeks later he replies to the message, apologizing for the late response and seemed genuinely surprised it hasn't arrived. He was nice and offered to build another pedal for me if the pedal didn't turn up or he offered to send the blue box/pastrami back to me.
- I asked what he could do and I asked for a Clarinot clone.

On October 14th he told me I've been waiting too long (no shit) and he was going to build me a dual pedal I asked about earlier, reverb/clarinot. Nov. 9th he messages me and says the reverb brick came in and he will start building my pedal. Didn't hear anything from him for a month. I messaged him on Dec. 13th asking for any updates. Replies on the 16th apologizing and holidays blah blah blah.

At this point, I don't care if I get the pedal or not. I understand a pedal getting lost in the mail, and he was nice and gracious in offering to make up for it. But yeah, all I lost was a blue box and a dano pastrami so I'm not too bummed. Still pretty shitty though. Especially considering I've done these types of deals with other builders and it works out fine.

As unfortunate as it is, at least Tom is aware too, you know? Hopefully we can get it resolved with minimal disruption

Had a rough deal with him a while back. Commissioned a clone of a Machine, took forever to get there. when it came it didn't work right. sent it back said he thought it was fine but adjusted and checked the connections. sent it back to me. Still didn't work. said it didn't like my pickups or something so he took it back and about 4 months later I got a refund from him.

Communication was spotty through the whole year or so ordeal. He made things right but it took a long time.
