i have been mentioned on AGGH ( still my favourite forum acronym ever ;) ) a couple of times, i still get hits to my website from there.
speaking of aussies - i'm up to my elbows in vintage matons here for repairs at the moment ... some beautiful old fyrbyrds ...

Image

time to update my templates, if i can find the time this year i'll make some tributes - ( with TV Joneses, Bigbsy B5s )

Oh wooooooooow. Those are beautiful. It's like if a Burns lived at the beach for a buncha years and just smoothed out over time.

Howdy Harvester! Just though I'd chime in to say I dig your work! It is nice to see someone else who marches to their own drummer!

thank you mr nelson !
likewise !

i call this mutual appreciation society to order !
your work is so slick and we seem to have a lot of inspirations in common.

mostly i'm just trying to fight off boredom ( for myself and the guitar obsessing public )
when i came in from the workshop to cook dinner and saw this message i had just been trying to wrap aluminium binding around a guitar only to find that i don't have enough limbs ...

Oh my effing lord. Makes me want to move to Australia, just so I could commission a bass.
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

very keen to make one of these also in the next batch.

one of the few wandre basses that has a usable scale ( most were piccolo guitar-scale basses )
i guess the body is the same as this gold 'tigre' guitar that i'm making.
