When are you quiting your day job so you can make Deluxe Cave Dwellers on a fulltime basis?

I've thought about doing it honestly. Between graphic design and Dirge I COULD have a full time job

i'd buy something for sure
quit your day job!

I've got a lot of research to do before I embark on something like that. I don't think I could do custom work anymore if I did quit my dayjob, just crank out badass pedals of my own design. I'd have to figure out a solid lineup etc. Maybe I'll throw a tour box together or something.

The only snag is the circuit for the Cavedweller isn't mine- it's a Madbean board and I mod the hell out of it with extra stuff. The Madbean stipulation says small forum runs are fine but commercial work is not. If I did do my own thing I'd want it to be 100% my circuit, you know?

Well I appreciate the support duder! It's much appreciated.

I had a REALLY nice surge of engergy this weekend and put 3 custom jobs together, 2 for clients and one for myself as a reward. WAS SO NICE to actually have time to build with these impossible hours I'm working!

It'd be fair to say you've kinda made the Cavedweller your own with all the extra awesomeness you keep stuffing in there.

Yeah, that's a good arguement. I think if I DO end up making boards, I'll end up brightening up the delay JUST a little bit and add the blend control on board as well, just so I don't have 2 PCB's in every pedal, cause that's a pain in the ass haha

Also, I would make PCB mounts. I can't stand floating PCBs when I can help it.

Once I have the WahDweller in my hands, you can be sure I'll be doing a vid and gushing about it all over the place. Thanks for getting that done so fast man!

No problem duder! It just so happened that the parts came in Friday night and me and the lady didn't have ANY plans over the weekend. Holy shit I wish I could get that much done every weekend.
