Played one of those Bass VI reissues through a JC-120 yesterday (I swear they did that to me on purpose). Do want.

But also going through a "I hate all of my drive pedals" moment. Can't wrangle the sound I want out of any of them on guitar.

EDIT: On that note, just Impulse-bought a Smallsound/bigsound Mini Overdrive. After years of resisting it.

Bass VI through JC-120 must have sounded awesome. Really want a vintage JC-120, need something that doesn't break up at high volumes
You'll love the mini, seriously. It's the only dirt on my board cos it's the only one that seems to sound 'right' in a band context, I'm considering getting a second!

In: El Capistan w/favourite switch, Sparkle Motion, Polytune Mini
Out: Keeley Katana, TAFM, Freeze, Nova Delay

And I'm on the wait list for the HEXE Revolver II, so assuming I can stop myself from spending $450 on other things that should arrive within the next couple of months :!!!: :!!!: :!!!:

This was an amp-head version of the JC-120. It was only about $450 but it was a fucked up POS. The distortion, reverb and chorus just plain didn't work.

Still sounded great.

I've got a Digitech 1002 and a T-40 pickup coming to me.
Soon, a mutant T-40 will rise from the great white north.

At last, a Goatkeeper is coming back home!
I should have never sold mine in the first place. Finding another one has been a long and painful process.

Triple pickup, maybe a Mountainking P.O Box on the inside if can find a way to make it work.

When are you quiting your day job so you can make Deluxe Cave Dwellers on a fulltime basis?

I've thought about doing it honestly. Between graphic design and Dirge I COULD have a full time job
