FIRST DIY, LP w/WRHB + Tele Pups.

Okay.
So I've decided to finally finish this thing. But I need help because this wiring stuff is way over my head...should have started more simple or something.
I will put in photos of the diagrams from guitarfetish and also photos of my the wires my guitar has. I really just need to be walked through this...pleasseeeeeeee.


Here are two photos of the wires I have in my guitar:
WRHB:



Red and White are soldered together.

TELE:



Here are the GFS wiring diagrams:

Use the wire color codes from the first page of the GFS wiring guide.
Then wire it like the the Les Paul wiring on the second page.

leave the red & white wires soldered together and put some tape or heatshrink over the bare ends.

Okay, but what do i do with the tele black and white wires? Do i just wire that like the tele diagram but without the second pickup?

You only have to use the Les Paul diagram.

Treat the Tele pickup wires the same as the Humbucker wires except that the white wire of the Tele pickup
is equal to the green wire of the Humbucker. They are both the "Hot" wires for their respective pickups.

Solder the black wires (- ground) to the back of the pots and the white/green wire (+ hot) to the lug of the volume pot.

The red and white of the humbuckers won't be used and the bare metal wire from the humbucker is an extra ground
wire that can be soldered to the shielding if you are using any.

It goes alright. Pretty much a doom machine. I have it tuned in Drop C and am digging it, but it's a bit noisy - probably due to my shitty wiring and grounding skills haha. but who gives a crap about noise when you're running it dirty as fuck haha.
