Annoying dude:
Fukai-san, esteemed Fuzz Chef wfs1234 has entered the arena! He anticipates rising to the challenge to create something new and unique for the judges' consumption!

bronzetalon wrote:I dont think it need to be live...I plan on looping within the recording.

Annoying dude:
Fukai-san, most revered Fuzz Chef bronzetalon was see giving advice to Fuzz Chef jrmy on the floor of Fuzz Stadium. I didn't overhear everything they said, but it sounds like bronzetalon plans to do the looping in post with samples.

Announcer:
That should be interesting. Ha ha!

Annoying dude:
Fukai-san, popular users of this effect on YouTube are the group Pomplamoose!

Annoying Guy
Fukai-san, one of the earliest techniques to be considered looping involved cutting up tapes, splicing them and repeating them when played back on a tape machine. Another technique was to have the tape unrolled on one recorder and passed to another where it was played back and rolled up.

This early looping techniques could only adjust the length of the loop by adjusting the tape speed, which caused a pitch change!

I guess this wasn't quite the right mix of challenge and interestingness, so I'll have to think more about how to do the next one. I'll be polling the previous contestants for ideas through PMs, but feel free to suggest ideas here too.

I think a simpler song (not saying dynamite was too difficult) but a simpler song that could let the crazier dudes go crazy and creative and the more beginner's to playing/recording do something they can be proud of too would be great :idk:

Yeah, I tried to think of ideas but I couldn't get anywhere. But I'm not that awesome with looping. I only know how to loop a few chords and play a soloy thing over it haha

I planned on doing something, but it ended up just being a bad month and I forgot. I wasn't really excited about getting that song stuck in my head, though.
