i actually haven't and just thought of that one because of how a pal of mine always uses that as his avatar!

Dead Alive and Dawn of the Dead are a given.

I have way too many zombie movies. Or not enough.

You and Mr. Excane need to come over and watch my entire movie collection sometime. It's always growing.

I'm sorry to say this but I am sooooo fucking over 70's horror movies. Lucio was great in his time, but it's time to move on. His movies are fucking slow, boring and fake as fuck looking. I have seen every single one of them and have owned every single one of them. I appreciate them for what they are, and see the brilliance, but I want some god damn production value in my movies. Not CGI, just good production value. I FUCKING HATE low budge movies for the most part. I used to be all about the underground shit, but now it just wear me out.

Rant over.

There's no way you can compare today's movies with movies from the Seventies. There's just no comparison. The ante's been upped considerably since then.

Man...

Try comparing originals to remakes. Look at movies like Last House on the Left and I Spit on Your Grave. The remake of the latter was good, but the original is superior. As for Last House on the Left? What an abomination. I can't even watch it. Without Hess, and the fact they changed scenes, makes it shit.

Dude...the original of that movie sucked anyway. I'm not much into rape/revenge films.

Also original TCM is way creepier than the remake(s).

This is up there with saying the original Texas Chainsaw mAssacre is a shitty movie. I can't agree with this at all but to each their own sir. Cat in the Brain is a fuckign brilliant movie and a damn good watch.
