I am a big fan of pour-overs. This new place just opened up in Denton and they only offer pour-over coffee...it's good.

Pour-over is, of course, what I was referring to when I said "slow-ass drip". The picture was there for a reason.

When I was working at a cafe for a bit, I would get to work and practice doing the pour-over method until I made a perfect cup. Plus I could drink all the coffee or espresso I wanted!!

I had some wicked pour-over Friday night.

I'm getting a coffee-related tattoo in the next few months. I can't reveal any details just yet. I'll keep you all updated.
