Could anyone tell me what this is, who it's by, the meaning, etc....?

Well I believe that's a peacock and a peahen and the peacock is all like, "yeah, I'm gonna get me some of that." The peahen is like "I'm so drunk I don't even know where I am right now."

So yeah, its about using alcohol as an aphrodesiac/date rape drug.

its probably just for illustrative purposes since its a bookend illustration. but in hinduism ithe peacock associated with luck, kindness patience and compassion.
