stuff them loosely with paper towels, and change the paper towels when they get soggy. it speeds up the drying process significantly. never put modern running shoes in a dryer; Chucks or similar shoes are safe.

i still miss my ex despite all the crazy shit she put me through. it's especially sad at this time of year because she put a lot of effort into making a Big Deal out of Thanksgiving and Christmas...i miss working on the huge holiday meal with her, and finding perfect little gifts that made her light up like a four-year-old.
