YAH!!!! That makes make so happy that you will enjoy this! Have fun with it. It is a peasants meal, so simple and basic, but nutritiously incredible. I am a meat eater but mostly eat vegetarian. i'll post some more recipes soon. My next will be bean burritos!! Keep posted.

It's entirely vegan, which throws a lot of people off, but it's amazing.

I made peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies with the girlfriend today. Four ingredients. 100% pure peanut putter (nothing else in the jar), raw/crystallized cane sugar, Enjoy Life chocolate chunks, and an egg replacement. I used this:

It is so simple, quick and great. I really cant recommend it enough. I'm absolutely hooked especially when it is super spicy.

UPDATE: Just made some CrackShuka for lunch. Super easy, super delicious. Definitely going in my cooking arsenal.

I like balancing humor with seriousness because cooking is all about fulfillment and enjoyment. I'm glad that people are experiencing this great dish. It is a great breakfast food, zesty and invigorating!
