So, I've finally gotten around to playing bass again lately, and the Dirge Big Muff is crazy inspiring. I've started tuning the oscillator and playing around over it, letting notes ring out back into the oscillation. Sounds so freaking cool. Well done, skully!

Also got a SHIT TON of wiring done on Saturday or Sunday (they kind of blurred together) on the WSG. Making the same low output as when it arrived so I'll have to look around the PCB and see what the issue is.

Hey dudes! Just wanted to give an update. Moved into my new place with my lady on Saturday, still getting settled in, but I will have my own work area for DIRGE!! This is exciting news for me, as I used to be all over the place at my parents house when building. Almost done unpacking everything, but it looks like Wednesday will be when I can resume building.

Here's the list:

1. Fix volume drop on WSG, add knobs, install boost circuit for Rot Gut
2. Drop in new PCB to KB's TTT
3. Drill enclosure and drop in DOD DFx9 PCB for FungalAttack
4. Figure out knob placement for Mathias' dual pedal, send off pictures, and drill
5. Populate PCB for FY2 + TTT for Mathias
6. Look into rehousing Ancient's Fab Tone

There are a few more projects that will be started as well, including a Volume Pedal box for Behndy, gonna hit DOS up about modding his DOD.

Plenty of stuff to keep me busy, but also I've got over an hour more each night than I had before because I moved closer to work!

Thanks dude! It'll finally let me be ORGANIZED with my parts as well. I'm going to get some more parts bins/drawers to keep parts in, but for right now I've got cubbies for each person's pedal/order in a corner so I can keep all parts in one place. YAY organization

Fuck dude, I want to make like an HQ Center somewhere between the dining area and the Dirge area with world clocks, a large white board of builds that need to be done/agendas/etc. Me and my lady made a commitment that we'd be getting organized and STAYING that way from now on

Schedule always seems a little screwy- Tonight we're finishing unpacking and putting up the tree, looks like tomorrow her best friend is over for dinner, then Wednesday her other best friend is crafting with her (TOTAL Dirge time) then Thursday my mom's coming over to see the place. I think Friday will be free (awesome), Saturday probably free too. I think her parents are coming over on Sunday for dinner or something. Gah. This is what my schedule regularly looks like

I think it'll be just this week and next. Being that this week is our first week in the apartment, naturally everyone wants to come over and check it out. Next week will be Christmas crazy until at least Wednesday, but I'm sure it'll die down for a few days until the end of the year. I've gotten a lot of the projects to points that I can easily resume them which is awesome. Get me about 6 solid hours of soldering one night and I could probably tear one or two of these projects out. That's the way its been working it seems. NEED. ZONE. TIME!
