Butter goes in the "stuffing". This year's stuffing I'm doing up some croutons I made from bread and baguette ends from work. Sausage, dried cranberries, Sauteed Onion and Celery, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme S&P and chicken stock.
Oh and some stove top for Mom's partner since he's wouldn't know deliciousness if it hit him up side the head.
I thought it was pretty hilarious that the Cowboys play the Redskins today.
Unfortunately, my dad is about to have a heart attack watching the Lions game (seriously refs, Schwartz shouldn't have had to challenge it to begin with, but that rule is total BS).

Brine br0s! I needed to buy a garbage pail because the 26lb monster wouldn't fit in anything else. Even the white meat was moist and delicious. I wish the skin was a bit more crispy on the breast though.

Yep. Already got attacked by a random 20 minute power nap. Feel much better now!
EDIT: sudden turn for the bloated. Might need to break out the emergency pants. I fear that preventative venting may also be necessary. Apologies to all settlements downwind.
i guess dinners over but for next year or xmas if you dont got a pail or room for it get one of those plastic turkey cookin bags i think theyre made to actually go in the oven anyway you put the bird in the bag fill it with the good juice tie it off and put it in the roasting pan in ny we can just leave birds outside overnight in the garage,or on the roof cause its cold enough its 2am i just got back from work i hope you guys saved me some dark meat and sweet duhdatas
