I gave up a partying life of 25 years staying out alll night. Finally was drinking and blacking out, benzos, fights, wake up in hospital, jail, DWI, did the whole fucking shitstorm. Gave up cold turkey everything. Cut off my druggy pals. Wanted to die. Decided to play guitar. More than a year later I am straight, and playing guitar. Thanks to the Goddess.
...or something...
