Baritone Jazzmaster Project (any suggestions?)
So I've been itching for a project lately and I thought I'd take on my first guitar. I already have the body now I'm looking for a neck.
I know warmoth has both finished and unfinished but has anyone ever heard of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/160914243516?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649?

Re: Baritone Jazzmaster Project
I'd been looking at those when I made my baritone Jazzmaster. I ended up going with an unfinished Warmoth neck because I could choose the frets that went in, and I bought tuners while placing my order as well.
Those necks on Ebay look pretty decent though, and its nice that they already have a thin coat of finish on them. I really did enjoy oiling my neck, however, it was a great intro experience to luthiering.

I change the pickguard I am going to put on it. Here is what I hope it looks like when it is finished.

I have everything I need except for the paint and mastery. But I after I received the pickgaurd and trem I found out the routes are off.

I marked out in pencil needs to be routed away but I don't have a router at the moment.

Finally got everything sorted out.

But it was a bit of a hack job.

for the record, those dc kunkle necks on ebay are great. I built a baritone tele a bit ago, and was super pleased with the neck I got form him off ebay.
