Hi Everyone!
my name is Marco, I am 30... Italian.
I found this great forum a few days ago cause I was trying to get info about the Cosmichorus

I like rugby, music and I am kind of stomp-boxes' addicted :idk:

I play guitar in a psychedelic post-punk band :?: well some guys from an Italian web-zine have defined our sound in such a way...
As you can see I do not speak a proper English but I try to do my best as I love this language! :thumb:

Just joined today after lurking around quite a few weeks, but I couldn't resist after seeing all the cool and helpful folks on here. Been a drummer quite a while, currently playing in a drum/bass/vocals 3 piece super weird fuzzy band, but have always wanted to be a guitar player and start my own band so I went out and got myself a new(old) '62 duosonic! Been learning real quick and just came here for cool gear convo and any help/advice I can get. Can't wait to meet you all.
I'm Jesse from the middle of nowhere desert U.S.
Been playing drums a long time and recently picked up the guitar, hence joining here! :D
Current rig is a 'VM Jag through a Peavey Classic 50/ SVT810

3-piece bass/drum/vox fuzz weirdo band that I drum/co-write in.

thanks! it's totally ruling so far and the easiest playing thing I've ever picked up. Making my learning/discovering/writing process way way fun.

Hey, my name is Evan and I've been lurking for a while now. Half the time when I play guitar, I like to get great tone...the other half I like to just make noise. I've always been interested in analog synths and noisemakers, in general.

Hey, I've been lurking for months and decided to join after seeing all the great info & effects on here. I have been playing guitar for 16 years, bass for a few, have been in a lot of bands, and even fronted one for a few years. Anyway, I currently play bass in a shoegaze/post-punk band and look forward to joining in. I'm in the market for a decent synth pedal and another EQ to fix my tone.

Hi, I'm Ed, a 52-year-old Rocker from Ohio.
I started playing again a few years ago after a 30 year hiatus.
My primary instruments now are tuned in fifths. Tenor Guitar (acoustic & electric) in octave mandolin tuning (GDAE) and mandolin.
I've recently joined a very informal Classic Rock cover band. My primary stage instruments are an Eastwood Warren Ellis electric tenor guitar and an Ovation acoustic/electric mandolin.
My rig/chain is:
instrument -> tuner -> Analogman Maxon SD-9 -> EQD Dirt Transmitter -> GarageTone Oil Can Phaser - ModTone MiniMod Delay -> amp (small gig: Fender SuperChamp XD, larger gig: Hughes & Kettner 25th Anniversary Edition Tube 20W 1x12)
Happy to be here...Love EQD!

Welcome, and congrats on your return to rock!

I've lusted after one of those Warren Ellis electric tenors for ages now - howdou like yours? Were there any quality control issues you had to fix on it? A local dealer had me convinced that those Eastwoods often needed extra work, but now I'm getting itchy to try one again.
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

What's up?! Could have sworn I had an account here. Maybe not. Anyway, from TB. Most of the people I talk to on there are probably here. Love me some fuzz on bass. Especially DOOOM riffs.
Glad to be here.

Hey everyone. I'm Matt. I live in Maryland just outside of DC. I'm not new to guitar, but I am kinda new to this whole effects thing. A couple of tube screamers and a wah that I barely touched got me through my 1st 20 years or so. After a couple of years of very minimal playing, I'm getting back into it. This time, I'm much more into adding fun noises to my sound. I am quickly expanding the size of my board, but I have a lot of learning to do. I also just got my hands on a bass, which is adding a whole new level of fun for me. I'm basically here to see what I've been missing out on and discover some new toys.

I'm surprised that I didn't have an account here, I have one just about everywhere else. I'm Bryant, I live in Houston, TX. I haven't played much guitar in the past year, but I'm picking it back up. My girlfriend and I are hoping to start a band together and play at some local spots. We'll see what happens with it.

The name's Josh. I'm from the far east coast of Canada.

I'm mainly a bassist, but I dabble in guitar, too. I have more gear than talent and I'm fine with that. I listen to everything, but mostly play grind, death metal, crust, and powerviolence. Deal with it.

I'm vegan, a horror movie aficionados, fuzz whore, and I drink a lot of fucking coffee/tea. I love body modification. I'm an animal lover and I keep a lot of random fish. I enjoy photography, but I don't consider myself a professional by any standards. I do it for fun.

I recently joined a 24-year-old band named System Shit. I wouldn't be surprised if you've heard of them. This is my favorite release from them:
