I get a ganglion cyst on my wrist that pops up from time to time. mines filled with clear fluid though...not cheese. And it's in my tendons...and also not there right now so no pictures right now

I get these myself. Got one really bad a good few years back and couldn't play guitar for 3 months. There's an amazing cyst bursting video on youtube where these 2 girls cut some dude's cyst and squeeze the gunk out of it. It just keeps coming and coming and coming. Fucking gross but fascinating.

on a related note, I dunno if this applies to your situation in particular but a lot of infectious cysts that get lanced need to be packed so they don't cover back over and get all oogy again.
