Yes. Yes. Yes. YES.

If I want hot liquid, I'll drink tea.

Except for when it's really cold out and I'm desperate. Or there's nothing else around.

French Press is awesome but also maintains a lot more of the natural fat/oil from the coffee so it's not really all that good for you.

Iced coffee sucks.
Best thing is Pinon coffee with two shots of espresso. My grandfather introduced it to me and its the tits. The bitterness of the espresso really works with the smooth nuttiness of pinon. I suggest you all order it online.

never had French press coffee because I've never really had the chance, but everyone I know who has had it, swears by it.

How the fuck do you drink Plunger coffee without being repulsed? Just get a goddamn decent Espresso Machine and grind your own beans.

How about like, BC powder poured in a Rockstar? If I'm gonna get caffeine, I'm gonna fuck my shit up.

I like all types of coffee machines - filter, French press, moka, espresso, vacuum whatever, as long as you have decent beans and you grind them yourself, and they are ground to the right coarseness for the particular machine and the bean you are using. I have started every day for the last 10 years with this if I'm drinking coffee with the wife:

and this if I'm flying solo:Image
Vev Viganò is the shit.

And this

Normally don't dig Brazilian coffee, but this stuff is stupid good. Anyone wants to try some PM me! Shit's expensive, and shipping to the US and A (or wherever most of you coffee lovers are from) will hurt, but ah... good coffee is good coffee.

OT: French press coffee is great as well - it's like a nice in-between the moka brewer and filter coffee. Good afternoon coffee.

I just looked at the Johan & Nyström website. Pretty neat. Looks like they know what they're doing. English translation is a little rough, but entertaining.

French press, chemex, espresso machine, hell, even weird Japanese vacuum pots.. I drink them all!

I started a coffee shop in a past life and was the barista there, so I'm kinda coffee snob.

the thing that i like the most about the french press is that if you're someone who likes a little milk in your coffee (which i am - drinking black coffee in the morning is a recipe for feeling sick all day), but can't afford milk (seriously, budget cuts, guys), it's mild enough to just drink black. tastes amazing. i'm drinking a cup right now!

Yeah, that's Sweden in a nutshell. haha. They're awesome dudes, they do a lot of traveling and bring home some really nice stuff, and 9 times outta 10 they really choose a roast that suits the beans. I've may have had better coffee somewhere around the world, but they're shockingly consistent with their quality.

Stripes: that's exactly what I like about a French press, or good filter coffee. You can drink it black, still get some good flavour, but it's kinda mild.

Mmmm...
