I've had it for ages too. They were actually a breeze to deal with when my account got hacked (whoever it was that did it actually bought something while I was on the phone with the representative, which was lulz), but I hate them on principle. "Oh, we're making a fuckton of money off these fees. You know what we should do? Add more fees so we can make a metric fuckton of money." Fun fact: if you refund someone money, paypal still keeps a fee.

Are you guys having problems with PayPal because you didn't give them enough info?

When I first got it I had to give them my debit card info and some other stuff or it would take like 5 days to send money from my bank account.

Also I'm surprised they haven't said anything to me about using PayPal gift for thousands of dollars worth of transactions. I remember stopreferencing said PayPal wouldn't let him use gift anymore and I've been expecting them to say something to me.

im not exactly sure what happened
but i think it has something to do with me being logged in on my ipod
and made the payment on the laptop
when i was makin the payment
1)didnt let me choose gift or services
2) charged me for cross border fee
it let me make the payment then locked me out and froze the payment
but it knew somethin was up let me do it anyway
and its keepin the $1.92 fee regardless of the outcome
had to upload a picture of my drivers lisence
charge my card and had to verify that
now theyre sendin me a letter in the mail with a code
cause i dont have a landline(my folks dont even have a landline anymore)

alright for fear of leaving this in the hands of BUZZ KILLINGTON

I don't think there's any need to impress us or anything. I was just curious. I always hear horror stories about paypal but luckily haven't had one myself (yet!).

I hate using the gift option and will only do it with people I've done many transactions with or completely trust.

Oh and I gave them my social way back I believe. Bank account info...all that. Paypal is secure though. They even work with major CC companies now. I have a Paypal debit card and everything.
