I'm pretty handy at Photoshop, but I've got to make a sticker design in Illustrator to keep everything as vectors.
I'm making a 1 color sticker design - print black on white paper.
I've got all my text and logo as separate white layers )everything as outlines) with a black layer in the back.
How can I delete the white parts from the black part?
I need to be left with just 1 vector image of the black part, with the rest as a transparency.
I hope what i've done so far is ok.
I'm not full on retarded, but i'm just needing a hand with this last step

You can select with the magic wand tool and go to select similar fill color and that will select all the white for you! You can do it a few times to really make sure its all out

Wait wait you said Photoshop and then my mind went all wonky.
You can set layer transparency to multiply which will take the white away and leave the black

Which way did you solve it? There are multiple ways to do this.
I would have done it for you after work. I dig that logo as well.
