I haven't ate pork in three years and don't miss it. Seriously. It's gross. It has almost no nutritional value and makes you feel like you're going to die after eating it. What are the benefits???? lol

So my board has to do with this how exactly?
There is a lot of fat and a lot of protein in pork. Sure. But most cuts of pork are just loaded with sodium and fat, which is bad for your heart. That is why I stopped eating pork. I'd eat it, and it made me feel like I was going to die. Seriously. I stopped eating pork almost 4 years ago and haven't missed it.
Sure there's pros and cons, but for me (personally) it just wasn't the right choice. I guess I should have elaborated and not left it so blanket. There are pros and cons of course. It all depends on the cut of meat and how it was cured.
