Probably some sort of a 2x12 to go with my Ampeg VT-22.
Hmm...
This seems to happen every so often. I can't wait until I have a job with hours that makes me money.

Yep, I remember you expressing this sentiment in the past. ;)

:p
If I had money, I would totally just do it.
But I don't so it's sadly pretty low on my list of priorities.
One day.

Found a sweet deal and broke down, ordered a new OR15 to pair with my gvt15H for a badass baby stereo rig. Gonna run thru separate Emperor 2x12s, should be good...

phantasmagorovich is to blame for this, planted the OR15 seed in my head awhile back and I couldn't shake the GAS goddammit!

Detailed reports forthcoming good sir!

I can report a bit fom my limited time testing one in-store, it def leans toward the "vintage" Orange vibe but packs considerable gain as opposed to clean headroom. The Ampeg dishes out tons of awesome clean and clean-ish tones so I'm thinking they'll go well together.

We'll see soon....

Oh, since the shop had both stocked, I ran the OR15 head-to-head with that new Jim Root sig Dark Terror which is very similar in design/options but has a considerably more "modern" high gain voicing. Imagine that. ;)

Just looked them up.
They're probably rad, but I'm not digging that aesthetic.

Pretty sure I have that same cab,...sans the the Kustom Badge. 2x15 bass cab?

It's pressboard and disintegrating though. I need to replace it in a bad way.
