I got rid of my Tone Reaper and my WIIO because of it, but luckily still have my Sovtek. THAT's the one I'll never replace or sell off. And I'm seeming to like my Prunes and Custard a little more than the WIIO for drive sounds. It's working out pretty well surprisingly. The Twosome had actually been sitting for almost the past month off my board... I loved it a lot, I did. But for some reason this Sovtek has like a spell on me. I'd rather someone play the Twosome everyday instead of me letting such an awesome pedal sit!

Just got notification that the body, bridge pickup, strap, strings, neck screws, potentiometers, and switches just shipped. Just waiting for my Warmoth order to ship that has the pickguard, neck pickup, knobs, control plate, string guards, bridge, and three way switch

Kind of terrified to drill the neck holes in the body

Just make a paper overlay using the neck as a guide.
Go as straight as possible and keep the holes smaller than the neck bolts.
EASYPEASY!

Still scared use this: http://www.stewmac.com/freeinfo/Building,_general/Assembly/i-4005.html

Yeah, I'll have to do that... As far as a template, would I use the neck plate and just place it onto the body and go from there? or Place the neck, make small indentations through the neck screw holes, and then drill from there?

Either way.
I added this to my previous post (probably as you were replying): http://www.stewmac.com/freeinfo/Building,_general/Assembly/i-4005.html

Awesome! I had glanced over that this morning, but that makes it really easy. I will definitely do to that. Thank you MEC :D

Measure it and repeat that a couple times just to make sure it's super perfect 'cause having to fill holes and whatnot blows.
Wood punch thingies are so useful. Also, stepped drill bits are a godsend. I'm guessing you have those from all the pedlol makin' though.

Yeah, I've got a weary set of stepped bits my stepfather gave me. For pedal making I've got this really trusty set of metal-boring bits that I've been using for years. I should probably get a new set sometime haha

Looks like youu already got some pickups but I figured I'd chime in since you showed interest in P-Rails. I have a pair in one of my Tele's and I love them. I have mine set up to each have their own 3-way mini toggles for tapping coils and then push pull pots for phase. If you love the Phat Cat and in the neck and tried the P-Rail in the bridge you could probably make use of some push pull pots just to tap coils on the P-Rail. Inexpensive and no extra drilling required.

I love all the modes available on the P-Rails. Great humbuckers, amazing P90 sounds and even the rails get a great jangly single coil sound going. Not a big volume jump when tapping coils either. They're just fantastic.

Fuckin' cool man! They look so handy. I'm thinking if I don't care for the Super Distortion I will definitely try a P-Rail in the bridge

Soooooo, random change of plans. It's going to be a TELEMASTER NOW AHHH
Alder Telemaster body. Already has neck holes drilled and routed for a humbucker in the neck so I felt like it was meant to be. How could I break my offset streak?

Also picked up the pre-stain solution, ebony stain, brush, and sanding blocks. I should have the body next week along with all the other parts!

I AM SO EXCITE. Apparently this dude makes bodies on a machine, thus the clean as shit cuts. I think my sanding will be very minimal. I am in fucking love
