Re: Let's see your GUITAR!
I like skullservant's style! haha
Mine looks pretty similar to his
Its name is Mick Jaguar
(that's what the little black label sticker says. little Rolling Stones joke
)
It's a Fender Classic Player Jaguar Special HH. Didn't put in the whammy/tremolo bar for this picture
Standard master tone/volume knobs
Three switches on bottom (left to right): Bass reduce-Bridge Pickup selector-Neck Pickup selector
The top two rolling potentiometers are coil tapping rollers. I really love this feature. You can obviously select each pickup as humbucker or single coil. But you can also blend between both and get some really nice tones.
Top right switch is a Master Signal Cut switch. Basically a killswitch. Really fun to play with. Also nice if were to play live and want to shut up your guitar between songs without messing with your volume knob.
I have a couple other guitars, but they aren't really worth showing. Maybe the Gibson Explorer, but it's not nearly as versatile as the Jag. I bought it as a splurge buy. Hardly even touch the thing now. Thinking about selling it actually. If you really wanna see it lemme know.
Photo is taken from my phone so the quality isn't fantastic. Sorry about that

You guys might appreciate this... Got an old Supro body off eBay for cheap, painted it (stencil + splatter, same way I do pedal enclosures), had it lacquered and put together (Warmoth Jazzmaster neck, Antiquity II Jazzmaster pickups) at The 12th Fret here in Portland. Start to finish, the whole project took about six months. I think it turned out really well - plays nice, sounds great, looks better than I'd expected...

Pretty nice, though I'm still getting used to it... The treble-iness is a bit of a switch for me (I still prefer my EGC w/ humbuckers), but I think it'll definitely have its uses, especially for recording.

@TheStevenLasombras: Yeah, I just got a Jazzmaster after only using Humbuckers for so long and I've been dealing with the adjustment as well. Totally feel you on that one!

Re: Let's see your GUITAR!
Here's a few of my shredders again. I have a few others not in the photo.
I'm gonna do a PU swap on one of 'em.... just not sure which guy yet.
