I've been regretting getting rid of my Very Special Twosome, but I've been resisting spending the money on this one despite being sorely tempted.

Well, PGS has their 4th of July sale on right now (code is bbq15), which takes $44 off the price. I've got one in my cart right now, and I'm probably going to pull the trigger.

This is one pedal that I will prevent absolutely NO ONE from buying. It's not regrettable, at all. Especially if you miss your Twosome in the first place!

I bought it. I really shouldn't be spending the money right now, but my credit card can absorb this one for a while.

I bought one too. It's on the way!!! Now I have the handpainted blunderbuss, and the SST. hahahaha
I wanted the SST really bad.. but I only needed the Fix'd. I too sold my VST after getting the handpainted Blunderbuss.
I missed the fix'd something fierce.
Now it is on the way.

Got mine today! I no longer regret selling my VST, as the Blunderbuss is seriously fucking awesome. And the SST looks even snazzier than the VST, it really looks lovely in person.

This is mine, from Kyle's flikr:

That lid art looks killer.

I loved the Musket, but goddam, the Blunderbuss has changed my world! So so so good.

I wonder if I have the record...

I have owned 3 different Blunderbuss pedals.
I currently have two.

I had the blue one in this pic, but sold it after getting the MONSTER.

And now I have the SST.

I should have NEVER sold my VST. It was something special too. I spent more time playing around with that pedal than any other. It was never on the floor. I had to turn the knobs constantly.

Just a hypothetical (OR MAYBE NOT) question about a custom job...

since i love my Fix'd Fuzz but after a few tries, i'm not sure i can justify using a muff-based circuit next to it...

would it be possible to make me a "megasuperawesome: this time it's personal" twosome with TWO FIX'D FUZZES? I'd provide my Fix'D fuzz gladly if it would help me with the price a bit...

and further question.... with a parallel/series switch and a blend knob for the parallel setting? :P so... you know... one with Fuz:1 and second with Fuz:2, fully blendable? :)

the thing is, that Fix'd Fuzz just works for me in my band's setting, i've been recording with it for a long time and i don't see it going anywhere... but i'd love to have two of these to be able to switch between Fuz:1 and Fuz:2 if i want to etc...

if it would be better/easier/totally more reasonable price-wise to just buy a second Fix'D fuzz, tell me straight :)
