I was hoping you would see that Kramer because I know now that you are the master of the kramers. I think the best way to describe the dimarzios is very meaty in the mid-range and a punchy smooth warmthness. I personally dislike the aesthetic of the kramer but it is a fun bass to play on and sounds nice and meaty!
Fuzz, reverb, delay.

SUSTAIN FOREVER. And I'd really like to try a Dimarzio version just to compare the pickups. I TOTALLY dig the Kramer pickups that are in mine. Super meat in the neck, super almost guitar like in the bridge. So many TOANZ

I unfortunately cannot compare the two because I have no frame of reference but that thing sustains for days. And the dimarzios sound warm, punchy and smooth.

AAARGH BONERTOWN!

Nice work mate, just the right amount of strings...

I think pics of my BTB are a few pages back, maybe I'll take another tomorrow to really throw a few more peppers into the gumbo.

Thanks guys! Really digging these two ladies!

I think the BTBs are extremely underrated basses :idk:

I have a BTB too and really like it. My P-Bass gets more time but that has a little to do with the BTB being 18v and all my pedals have been set for my passive P-Bass.

You want me to list it on cockbass for you? I wonder if they'd ban me for that? Oh well. I'm willing to try it.
