It is nice with the purple... It's a Barge Concept DB-3 Dual Boost (close wsas3 good guess) which is super rad and creamy sounding on it's on but if you run the Colorsound through the loop it gets pretty freakin wild... I got the Barge at the pawn shop for stupid cheap...

Sounds like fun! I've been trying to get a DD3 "Hold" feature out of the Timeline for a few days now...semi-successful so far.

I just love the 6.4 seconds of delay with a lot of feedback and then fading from heavily distorted/feedback textures, to clean ones to weird glitchy ones. The gradual transitions are so awesome and everything sounds so thick. Can't wait to also take advantage of the stereo capabilities.

Tap tempo is easy to set up just as well as the hold. I've always been skeptical about Boss pedals after I hated my MT-2 but the FZ-2 and DD7 have definitely sold me on Boss' value. I still prefer the tone and behavior of my Atomic Clock to the DD7 but the DD7 has so many cool functions and features. They are a great combo, the Atomic Clock provides warm, modulated ambiance and the DD7 is much more clear and rhythmic.
