That manga is pretty hard to read... I've got it in my bookcase , and i've tried to read it several times. It's just too much information, too much notes...

And i forgot lain! Lain is one of the best anime series i've seen. Pretty cyberpunk indeed.

Sort of an off and on anime fan at this point. Just finding it harder to get into a lot of stuff right now. I really enjoyed the latest Macross series that aired in Japan last year that will probably never make it over here :( and really hoping for a US release for Detroit Metal City which is a pretty funny show a guy that's really into folky pop music that somehow gets pulled into a really twisted metal band.

I like:
Monster
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Beck
Berserk
Bebop
Gungrave
Code: Geass
Deathnote
Hellsing
Trigun
Fullmetal Alchemist
Outlaw Star
Kenshin

I've watched a lot more, but those are some of my favorites. My favorite manga right now is Bakuman.

I'm totally not an anime fan at all, but I do have a couple that I love. The Rurouni Kenshin OVA, Trust & Betrayal, is spectacular by any standard of filmmaking. Serial Experiments Lain is awesome, and Blade of the Immortals is as well (though it's a bit jarring compared to the brilliance of the manga).

Oh, here's a weird one, which I really like because I'm into mixology and... really surreal things: "Bartender." It's like the deranged offspring of a situational drama, a Food Network show, a propaganda video, and a surrealist film, all about cocktails. What the fuck.

Man I watched this on Hulu last night and can't wait to watch it again... Really cool and real pretty... No a huge anime fan but I like this... :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
