They probably make a mole fudge.

Protein or carbs = always better with hotsauce.

Sailors... I still need to send you something... They're kinda spicy...

Has anyone tried that dark chocolate with pepper in it?

I've tried a few... loved 'em. My fave is the stuff made at a local bakery nearby. They make "raw chocolate," which means it has to be served cold. The combo of the dark chocolate & chili and the actual coldness of it... so good.

The only sauce I like to add to shit after the fact is Crystal hot sauce. Im down with dishes being spicy on their own.
Tonight my wife and I made the BEST BURGERS EVER.

WHITE BUN BOTTOM
LARGE PATTY of 85/15 BEEF
AMURCIN CHEESE
Hash Browns!
EGG OVER EASY!
CRYSTAL HOT SAUCE
WHITE FUCKIN BUN TOP!

It was so good I had to take a break in the middle to make sure I didnt just pound it and miss the loveliness.

It was discussed!
Dear wife thought it would be too much.

Now it seems you and I agree, she is wrong.

F'real. If you're going to make a burger, MAKE A BURGER. If you want a healthy treat, MAKE A TURKEY WITH ORANGES IN ITS HOLE.

Oh. She. Is. They call the egg and bacon on a burger a Texas Burger round these parts. So effin good with a spicy BBQ.

Also, not exactly a hot sauce, but I made a balsamic vinaigrette last night with a couple types of ground pepper in it. Shit was bangin.

Man. How did a cajun boy miss this thread for so long. It's not the hottest, but I've been addicted to this:

So freaking good. Totally obsessed with buffalo sauce, lately, too.

I've been making this salad; tons of lettuce, jalapenos, some cheddar cheese, mesquite grilled chicken, bacon bits, white wine vinegar and Louisiana Hot Sauce (basically buffalo sauce without the butter), and then this special guy:

RAWR!!! It's so freaking good. I want some now. :omg:

Teere should be always a homemade sauce on my table, but I'm in Mexico, chilis rased in other parts of the world lose their spicyness. Also some bottled habanero sauces, for example "el Yucateco" posted by J-Fuzz, they come in different colors and the orange one is the spiciest, it depends on the maduration of the chili.
And a lot of Valentina for Fritos and potato chips-

Pfft. Hot sauce is for sissies and little girls. :poke:

I will send a small assortment of organic, home grown, hand ground hot pepper powder to three people who PM me their address between now and tomorrow, when I can get to the post office. US only please and sorry.

My stock has to last until the end of next summer (no garden this year), so if more than three people PM me, I will probably have to pick three at random. I'll see what I can do.

My current varieties are Red Savina (world record habanero), Spicy Mustard Habanero (no mustard flavor, just pure heat), Caribbean Red Habanero (like a Red Savina, but a bit more flavorful), or Scotch Bonnet (we've all had these, haven't we?). My choice based on how much I have left. I also have dried whole Thai Chilis, and miniature White Habaneros that I might be able to include if they fit in the envelope.

Image

And btw, if you PM me an address, you agree that you won't hold me liable for any damage or injury that may result from your receiving my pepper powders. Consume and handle at your own risk. ;)

Seriously, this is some tasty and hot stuff. 5 minutes before I took this picture, that cat was pure white. Look at him now...!

Also, who knew that they sold little drug bags at Walmart?
