in all honesty, I only bought this because of the name. It tastes just how it sounds.

Have you tried the el yucateca verde stuff? it has a real nice flavor...not really high on the heat scale though.

I haven't tried it before, but Ghost Peppers are supposed to be the hottest you can get.

I may need to order this. Or actually I think there is a hot sauce store right near me. They'd probably have it.

You can only get it in stores in the NW, but maaaaaan it's worth it to get ahold of if possible. Can get hot as hell, but perfectly balanced so you can still taste your food and the sauce.

SPREAD THE GOSPEL!

:edit: Apparently you can also get it in Sacramento and NYC, according to their website.

We use this stuff at my house, my girlfriend makes special trips to go get it from whole foods since it's not carried at the stores that are closer to us. It's very very good.

I'm personally also addicted to Patak's Hot Mango Relish, although I wouldn't use it on most foods that you'd use the Aardvark on, I LOVE the Patak's on a burger, maybe that sounds weird but I'm an addict.

I never really understood the point of that kind of stuff. It's so hot, it will drown out all taste from anything you put it on

 I was watching Man vs Food or something and this on place was putting pure capsaicin in their wing sauce. Like you're eating pepper spray. Has to be purely for machismo.

I wish there was a way to eat hot sauce but not have to poop it out.

Melindas is really tasty. I can ship a bottle if you cover the shipping cost.

You can order it here by the each, not sure how their shipping rates are: http://www.foodfightgrocery.com/secret-aardvark-habanero-hot-sauce/

Eggs and potatoes for sure!

Cholula is nice in chicken noodle soup, or on wheat thins with cheese and avocado (my hors d' oeuvres of choice) The vinegar adds zing along with the spice, breaking up and exciting the flavors.

I eat bagels and cheese with hot sauce a lot. It's also good mixed into salad dressings!
