Is all of your stuff electro etched? Looks really really good.
So far it's all been a chemical etch with ferric chloride (and thanks!). Electro etching just seems a little more environmentally friendly :P The ferric business can get really messy really fast. Electro etching seems like it has the possibility of being far more controlled.

Is nail polish remover not too runny/fluid for using as a resist? If not does it work good with ferric chloride as well as the electro etching?

PNP Rangemaster - Old skool circuit with no mods other than a pulldown resistor for true bypass and power filter cap (+ ground wired to run on a standard PS). Went through the parts bin and used some of the cooler old skool components I had and just to be ridiculous I used Evidence Audio IGL Copper for the bypass wiring.
I definitely plan on doing some more PTP work, it was pretty fun.
fucking wow. the simplicity is so lovely. the color+the knob+the new sexy badge make for a beautiful combo.

People seem to really like TGDs around here. I hate waste so I used the other side of the chip too

Double the destruction! Its a car-crash inside though - I kinda made it up as i went along.

I tried the nail polish method and it did indeed last...but I had such a small amount of copper sulfate left that the etch wasn't strong enough to do much. I feel confident that it'll work next time though; it didn't wear away at all.
Tip: apply it outside next time...
Hopefully I'll be able to post the completed thing in here soon.
Those last two are HAWT. I think everybody likes those giant industrial-esque knobs.

Not yet man. Haven't even been able to crank it yet since I finished it at 2 this morning. Going to test it out Sunday!

I gotta clean the guts. Since I changed the circuit from the meathead to the gloomy it got kinda nuts in there! I'll be home Sunday to do a demo!
