Re: Reverse Delay
How hard would it be to add a gate to a delay. So something that you can use to choose how it trails off... Either normal degradation or an abrupt stop. The SMMH has this feature where it maintains the repeats level and then stops and creates really cool stutter sounds.
That with reverse and reverb!! :o

Re: Reverse Delay
Considering your solid reputation, you guys would be doing a very good thing considering Lisa<3's suggestion...I'd bet a reverse delay, as a mega-DM or stand-alone pedal, would sell well & make lotsa' players happy. Put me on the list of "me-too's".

Re: Reverse Delay
After being a long-time lurker here I have finally registered to post on this thread and say that I would totally buy the absolute shit out of an EQD reverse delay, reverse reverb, or combination thereof.
+1!! I'd be shoegazin' all day long.

Re: Reverse Delay
Add me onto the reverse reverb list, I hate using racks and the hardwire/cathedral reverse just didn't sound right to me.
I NEEDS THE 100% WET REVERSES. NEEDSES THEMS. SO BAD.

Re: Reverse Delay
Really the only thing I miss about the SuperDelay, apart from the small size and quality, is the reverse delay. That was just so awesome and inspiring. Players have been requesting—no, demanding—that someone build a dedicated reverse delay pedal for ages, and EQD should, in theory and practise, be perfect for the role. They already have a great template, the Dispatch Master, and clearly have the knowledge, and arguably the capitol and time to work on new projects such as this. It doesn't have to be complex; it could just have the same enclosure as the Bit Commander, or even the larger one, and six knobs to control delay time, reverb mix, delay mix, repeats, 'shimmer'/'choir' or octave up mix, and maybe a switch to change the reverb direction (which would allow for reverse delay and standard reverb at the same time), or a switch to change the way the tails trail off like hazelwould's idea.
